The Minority Male Mentoring Program, “Men of Standard”, has been implemented to enhance the academic experience, and increase retention and graduation rates of minority male students enrolled at Bladen Community College.

The program aims to provide a culturally enriched environment and provide students with counsel on academics, employment, manhood, decision making, study skills, and positive development.
